“Captain Spaulding” has put together one heck of an Atlantis-themed MOC for Contest L13 on the French Brickpirate forums.
While it may not resemble the formal Atlantis divers and vehicles/settings found in the Atlantis sets, you will find plenty of parts from the various Atlantis sets.
